Salary package worth $70,000-$79,999pa based on negotiable 40-45hrs/week.

We are seeking a highly self-motivated manager with an understanding of country life to run our General Store and also the Post Office. We ask you to give attention to the small details that keep our customers happy. You will be responsible for the profitable operation of the store and managing the Post Office in accordance with Australia Post guidelines . Your main duties will include ordering, receiving and displaying stock, motivating and supporting the small team of experienced staff, stock loss prevention and customer service. You will need to liaise with a supportive and approachable volunteer committee of Directors. In return, the position offers flexible hours including weekend work, accommodation subsidy and award remuneration.
Local Post Office experience is preferable but not essential, however to fulfill this role you will need to be an Australian Citizen. Knowledge about Worldsmart POS systems and accounting are also desirable but not essential.
