Where We Are

Things to do and things to see

Take a wildflower drive or explore the picturesque granite outcrops.
There's a great variety of flora and fauna to be found in bushland reserves of the Wheatbelt.

See the Wildflowers

A profusion of wildflowers usually provides a memorable display from July to September each year.

Visit Granite Outcrops

The Granite outcrops around Beacon invite picnickers and campers to visit and explore.

Go Camping

Get back to nature. Camp out under the stars & experience the sights & sounds of the natural bushland.

Go Bird Watching

Areas of remnant bushland provide excellent birdwatching sites to view the many varieties of bird species.

Beacon Guided Wildflower Tours

Jump on a bus with our local Historian and take a trip to see various places of interest. There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos, do some bird watching, spot the wildflowers and take in the fresh country air.
You'll also get to try some of our local produce and relax over a bbq lunch.
$40 per person.
